kis999 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and kis999 ("Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at kis999.cam and any associated services, products and features offered therein.

By creating an account, making a deposit, accepting bonus or otherwise accessing the kis999 platform, you confirm that you have read this Agreement in its entirety, that you understand its terms and that you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by them. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply alongside ourPrivacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the additional policies referenced, this Agreement shall prevail unless a specific provision states otherwise.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

Access to the kis999 platform and the creation of an account are subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be met simultaneously:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times you access the Platform. This age threshold applies regardless of the age of majority in your territory.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for personal entertainment purposes only. Commercial use, resale or representation of another person is not permitted.
• You do not hold a current self-exclusion agreement with kis999 or any exclusion obtained through a recognised third-party responsible gambling scheme that covers this Platform.
• You are not a current or former employee, director, agent, contractor or affiliate of kis999, nor an immediate family member of any such person, unless prior written approval has been obtained.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Restricted Territory. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in your jurisdiction before creating an account.
• You have not previously had an account closed by kis999 for reasons of fraud, misrepresentation, collusion or material breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligible individuals may register a single account on the Platform. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information at any time it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. Any activity carried out under your account credentials will be attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify kis999 support immediately.

kis999 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its absolute discretion, without being required to state a reason for any such refusal.

kis999 is required to verify the identity of account holders as part of its obligations under anti-money laundering and fraud prevention standards. You may be requested to provide identity and payment documentation at any time, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photographic identity document, such as a Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Driver's License or Passport;
• Proof of residential address, such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within the preceding three months;
• A selfie or video verification photograph holding your identity document; and
• Evidence of the payment method used, such as a screenshot of a linked e-wallet account or a bank statement header.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification is complete and satisfactory. kis999 reserves the right to suspend account access or withold withdrawals pending the outcome of any ongoing verification review. Documents submitted during the verification process are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Deposits to your kis999 account must be made using one of the supported payment methods available on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Supported methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank and Hong Leong Bank, as well as cryptocurrency in USDT TRC20 format. Supported methods are subject to change at the discretion of kis999 and availability may vary.

All account balances are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits made in a different currency will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and kis999 accepts no liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

Deposits must come from payment sources registered in your own name. Payments received from sources belonging to third parties, or where ownership cannot be verified to the satisfaction of kis999, will be returned where possible and the associated account may be reviewed.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted in respect of a real-money balance. Bonus funds that have not met their associated wagering requirements may not be withdrawn. Before submitting a withdrawal request, you should ensure that all active bonus terms have been reviewed.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Where KYC documentation has not been provided or verified, processing of a withdrawal request will be deferred until verification is complete. Typical processing times from approval are: e-wallet withdrawals within five minutes to one hour; DuitNow and FPX transfers within five to fifteen minutes; and direct bank wire transfers within fifteen to sixty minutes, though actual times may vary due to banking partner processing schedules.

Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name. kis999 reserves the right to apply additional verification steps for withdrawal requests above certain thresholds or where payment routing raises compliance concerns.

From time to time, kis999 may offer bonuses, free wagers, cashback or other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. Those specific terms include details of any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, minimum deposit values and withdrawal restrictions. In the event of any ambiguity between a specific promotional term and this Agreement, the specific promotional term shall apply to that promotion.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate promotional balance and will only be released to the withdrawable balance once all applicable wagering requirements have been met;
• A Player may only claim a welcome bonus once. Attempts to claim a new-player bonus using duplicate accounts or fraudulent means will result in account termination;
• kis999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonus abuse, including the placement of low-risk or no-risk wagers specifically designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, is a prohibited activity under these terms; and
• Refer A Friend bonuses are subject to the successful registration, verification and qualifying deposit of the referred individual, with full terms available in the active promotion description.

The kis999 platform and all associated content, including game titles, software, graphics, design elements and trademarks, are provided for the personal, non-commercial entertainment use of registered Players. You may access the Platform on any compatible device, including smartphones, tablets and desktop computers, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

You acknowledge that the outcome of all games on the Platform is determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems and that the Platform makes no representation that any particular strategy, system or pattern of play will result in profit or any specific outcome. Past results have no bearing on future results.

Wagers once confirmed cannot be reversed. It is your responsibility to review all bet details, including stake amounts, selections and any applicable conditions, before confirming any wager.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kis999 platform and will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or attempting to register under another person's identity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any other non-human method to interact with the Platform;
• Participating in or facilitating any form of collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotional conditions;
• Using the Platform to launder money, process proceeds of crime or conduct any financial transaction that is unlawful under the laws of Malaysia or the Player's country of residence;
• Exploiting any technical bug, error or vulnerability in the Platform's software, whether or not financial gain is obtained as a result;
• Providing deliberately false information during registration or KYC verification; and
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory or offensive communications directed at kis999 staff, agents or other Platform users.

kis999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where: a Player has breached any provision of this Agreement; the Platform reasonably suspects fraudulent, collusive or illegal activity; a Player is found to be ineligible on the basis of the criteria set out in Section 3; or continued operation of the account presents a compliance, reputational or security risk.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions, any balance, including both real-money and bonus funds, may be forfeited in full. Where an account is closed due to circumstances not attributable to a breach by the Player, any verifiable real-money balance will be returned via the Player's registered payment method following completion of KYC obligations.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable time. This provision does not limit a Player's right to request self-exclusion under Section 12.

kis999 is committed to promoting safe, responsible and sustainable gambling behaviour. Players aged 21 and above are permitted to participate, and it is the Player's responsibility to ensure that participation complies with the laws applicable in their location.

The following player protection tools are available from within your account settings:

• Deposit limits — set a maximum daily, weekly or monthly deposit amount to control your spending;
• Session time reminders — configure alerts to notify you of elapsed session time at regular intervals;
• Cooling-off period — temporarily restrict access to your account for a defined period; and
• Self-exclusion — permanently restrict access to your account for a minimum period of six months, with options for extended or permanent exclusion.

kis999 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that all game features will be operational at all times, or that the Platform will be entirely free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may temporarily affect access.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of kis999 to any individual Player exceed the lesser of the total real-money deposits made by that Player in the twelve months preceding the relevant event, or a sum equivalent to MYR 2,880.

All content on the kis999 platform, including but not limited to website design, logos, trademarks, trade names, graphics, software, game interfaces, text and audio-visual elements, is the exclusive property of kis999 or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for the personal, non-commercial purposes described in this Agreement. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any Platform content or software.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, its subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which kis999 holds its international gaming authorisation.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and kis999, the Player is encouraged to contact the support team in the first instance to seek resolution through the Platform's internal complaint handling procedure. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally within a reasonable time, the matter may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution process specified in the Platform's licensing conditions.

kis999 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable prior notice will be provided through an in-platform notification or email to the address registered on your account. The updated Terms and Conditions will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the kis999 platform after any notified change becomes effective constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept any amendment to these terms, you must cease using the platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 11.
